A number of civilians were hurt while local people in eastern districts were experienced blackouts and encountered interruptions to water supplies, according to city officials.

Simultaneously, a minor was lost their life in a separate Russian drone strike in the southeastern region in the southeastern part, according to regional authorities.

He said that 450 drones and over thirty projectiles targeted energy facilities, describing such attacks as "cynical and calculated" and against "essential services" as temperatures become colder.

The energy minister said Moscow was "conducting extensive attacks" and technical staff were laboring to fix the damage.

The whole nation is on alert for hypersonic Kinzhal missile strikes, which are tougher to identify.

Government officials told the media that Moscow was purposely seeking to damage the national power system, with assaults already disrupting gas facilities.

Authorities confirmed utility staff and officials were preparing for further attacks.
